The understatement of the day is….our young President has his hands full and bottom line…we wish him well.  Having been almost twice as long on this earth as he has…would like to run a couple of things by him. 

          Mr. President, you are trying to do far too many things at once and if you don’t get a handle on this…mark my word…..it will prove your undoing.  Mr. President, the big gorilla is….our financial/economic mess.   

          Your treasurer secretary  Timothy Geithner, also a very young man, is certainly trying hard….but he is in far over his head.  That is starting to take your numbers down.    

          Don’t feel  badly ….your predecessor… George W. Bush had the same problem and that was his undoing.   He took on far too much when he reacted to the attacks on our nation back at 9-11. He lost focus taking on Iraq and other distractions.   He lost focus on what was really important to our great country.  He overplayed his hand.   That was his undoing.  Don’t make the same mistake. 

              Secondly, Mr. President,  if you study your history you will realize that Afghanistan  like Vietnam is an unwinnable situation.   Mr. President,  realize it now and save our great country a lot of deaths and treasures   Afghanistan is “The Graveyard of Empires’.  History shows that ….The Soviet Union, Great Britain, The Turks, The Mongols, Alexander the Great and the Persians’ have all tried to impose their will on Afghanistan and failed to get that job done.   NO!   Afghanistan has been and still is…The Graveyard of Empires.  Now it just seems to be OUR TURN NOT TO LEARN FROM HISTORY.  

          Mr. President, with respect, are our vital interests…more threatened by what happens in Afghanistan….OR more threatened by the WAR here in America as hordes of Illegal Aliens invade our cities and town and a bloody war rages on our southern borders?

          Last year over 6 thousand Mexicans died in drug-related murders, massacres, kidnappings and beheadings.  The Mexican President has deployed another five thousand troops and a thousand more police to the boarder…mainly in Ciudad Juarez across the Rio Grande from El Paso Texas.  Last reports say and our Pentagon now estimates the drug cartels with their drug money have fielded more than 100,000 foot soldiers.  

          Mr. President, we beg you to spend some quiet time and focus your wisdom on what is really important for our great country. Our limits of power.  What is doable!  What is not!   If you do this…your place in history will be assured in a good way.  We continue to pray for you
